Job Responsibilities

1. Core System Development: Responsible for the development, design, and verification of autonomous flight control systems for multi-rotor and VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) fixed-wing UAVs.

2. System Design & Optimization: Lead or participate in the overall design, simulation verification, algorithm implementation, and performance tuning of UAV flight control systems to ensure stability and technological advancement.

3. Hardware Adaptation: Handle driver development for flight control hardware platforms, interface adaptation for various peripheral sensors and actuators, and the conversion/integration of different communication protocols.

4. Secondary System Development: Responsible for embedded software development, integration, testing, and maintenance based on open-source flight control stacks like PX4, ArduPilot, iNav, and Betaflight.

Job Requirements

Must-Haves:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Navigation/Guidance & Control, Aerospace, Computer Science, Electronic Information, or related fields.

2. Experience: 3+ years of direct R&D experience in UAV flight control systems, with proven track records of complete project implementation.

3. Theoretical Foundation: Solid understanding of flight mechanics and automatic control principles; proficient in aircraft dynamics/kinematics modeling and control system design/simulation (e.g., Matlab/Simulink).

4. Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAV flight principles, navigation logic, and system design methodologies.

5. Open Source Expertise: Familiar with the software architecture and core algorithms of mainstream open-source flight controllers (e.g., MWC, APM, Pixhawk).

6. Embedded Skills: Extensive experience in embedded C/C++ development based on MCU and ARM Cortex-M platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Mastery of PID and derivative control algorithms; experience with DSP chip development or high-performance algorithm optimization is a plus.

2. Contributions to open-source flight control communities or independent projects are highly desirable.

3. Experience with Linux-based development.
